Plan Description
The Fairview plan is a beautiful modern farmhouse that has a gorgeous curb appeal combining board, batten and brick in a wonderful way.
Walking into the home via the covered cathedral ceiling porch, you are greeted by a spacious entryway and main living area with 10 foot ceilings. Pillars in between each room help divide the space while maintaining the open floor plan.
The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast bar, as well as a walk-in pantry just off to the side. Also in the same space is the great room with a built-in fireplace, and access to a covered patio.
Each side of the house has bedrooms, the left being the additional 3 bedrooms with two baths, and the right side being the master suite. The master includes a very large walk-in closet and bathroom, complete with separate shower and toilet areas, a soaking tub, and double vanities. The suite had access to the laundry room, which also leads to the two-car garage and mudroom.
A case of stairs are also found in this area, which head upstairs to an unfinished bonus room that provides 391 extra square feet.

What's Included in a Plan Set?
Each set of home plans that we offer will provide you with the necessary information to build the home. There may be some adjustments necessary to the home plans or garage plans in order to comply with your state or county building codes. The following list shows what is included within each set of home plans that we sell.
Our blueprints include:
Cover Sheet: Shows the front elevation often times in a 3D color rendering and typical notes and requirements.
Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurements
Foundation Plans: will include a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for that home plan. (Please refer to the home plan's details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific home plan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each floor.
Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. They are shown as a separate sheet to make the floor plans more legible.
